Its defects are large welding spark splash, poor equipment stability and high attenuation rate of capacitance, relatively high defect rate, not suitable for a large range of welding processing. The laser nickel sheet welding machine is composed of a laser light source, that is, a laser and a moving structure. Its defect is that the cost is relatively high and the maintenance cost is high. However, the advantages of laser nickel sheet welding machine are also corresponding, which belongs to non-contact welding, and the welding head does not need to suspend daily grinding and maintenance, and the current laser power is adjustable, which can ensure the divergence of optical power, reduce the production of virtual welding and fake welding. And because of its high-performance automatic operation structure, it can be efficient and high-quality consumption, which is very suitable for modern assembly line operation. At present, it is mainly applied to the welding of steel shell and aluminum shell cover plate in the battery industry, and in recent years, the welding of PACK maintenance plate has also begun to be used.
